Thanh-Duy (Duy) attended Li Po Chun UWC of Hong Kong between 1993-1995.
Duy Huynh is currently President of the United World Colleges (Australia) Trust, Director of UWC Limited (Australia) & Trustee of the James Fairfax Scholarship Fund.
Duy Huynh is producer and creative director of Beyondedge, a production company specialising in film-making for impact. His current project ‘How to Thrive’ - looks at the science of happiness from research to practice, and asks whether we can learn to be happy despite struggle. He has also produced work for government and corporate clients including CSIRO, Price Waterhouse Coopers, BHP, Woolworths, Queensland Ambulance and Emergency Services and a number of State and Federal Government agencies. With a diverse background in information technology, film and television industries, Duy’s work crosses traditional boundaries. At the core of it, his interest is in the practical application of creative ideas to solving real-world challenges.
In his role as President, he provides leadership to the board of directors as well as taking a special interest in teaching scholars the skills needed to maintain good mental health and to thrive at UWC.
